Silicone-coated Fiberglass Sleeving
- With good quality of high temperature resistance and cold resistance
- Treated by thermal process and vulcanization
- Material: non-alkali fiberglass braided silicone rubber
- Can be used as wiring insulator for "H" grade electrical machinery, special bulbs, electrical rich cookers as well as other household appliance and their protection device
- Characteristics:
- Standard color: white, red, blue, black and yellow
- Standard packing: 100 meters/roll
- Standard voltage: 4 and 7KV
Fiberglass Sleeving
- Fiberglass sleeving treated at high temperature with special kind of silicone resin
- Can be used in dielectric and domestic electrical appliances, electrical heating equipment, TV set, and collected strands of wires
- Characteristics:
- Standard color: white, red, yellow, blue, and black
- Standard packing: 100 meters/roll
- Standard voltage: 1.2, 1.5, 2.5 and 4KV
Silicone Rubber Fiberglass Sleeving(FRS)
1) Usually white in color, though other specifications have to be
custom-made in advance.
2) Nominal inside diameter: 1.0mm~20.0mm
3) Maximum working temperature: 240oC
4) Breakdown voltage: 2,500~10,000V
5) Resistance to flame: VW-1
This sleeving possesses good qualities of dielectric, high temperature resistance,
excellent elasticity. It can be used for wiring insulation
and mechanical protection for electrical machinery and electrical
appliances.
Acrylic Fiberglass Sleeving
Features:
1) Resistant temperature: 155°C
2) High breakdown voltage: 7,000V; middle breakdown voltage: 4,000V;
low breakdown voltage: 2,500V
Application:
1) Acrylic fiberglass sleeving is woven with non-alkali fiberglass yarn, and then
coated with acrylic acid
2) It can be used for the insulating protection of motor, electrical and electronic equipment
Polyurethane Fiberglass Sleeving -PSG
Features:
1)PU fiberglass sleeving prossesses reliable heat resistance,good
qualities of dielectrc,fair softness and elasticity Benzene resistance and oil resistance
2)Nominal inside diameter : 1.0mm ~ 20.0mm
3)Maximum working temperature : 155oC
4)Breakdown voltage : 1,500~4,000V
5) It is widely used as a wiring insulator for F grade electrical
machinery , domestic electrical appliances, electric apparatus,
and for the protection of collected strands of wire.
HTG Fiberglass Sleeving
Features:
1) Heat Treated Glass fiber(HTG)Sleeving is a fiberglass braided sleeving with
organic silicone alkane after weaving and manages; pass high gentle to special
purpose processing. Having extremely good heat resistance and flexibility.
Using it in the elecrical machinery extensively to insulation and heat resistance .

2) 3025 phenolic cotton cloth laminated sheet
3025 electrical insulating/insulation phenolic cotton laminated sheet with high mechanical and electrical properties, can be applied to generators, motors and electrical appliances as insulating structural parts and used in transformer oil and humid environment.
Characteristics: it is Class E insulating material.
3) 3240 epoxy-phenolic glass cloth laminated sheet
